The right details
from the start.
A clear drawing helps us focus the review. These are the details most useful for your washers inquiry.
- Inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness with their tolerances.
- Contact-face, edge and burr requirements.
- Material grade and any specified hardness, coating or special functional requirements.
- Your drawing revision, expected quantity and target delivery date.
Materials reviewed include SAE 1008–1045 steels, 10B21, SCM435, stainless steel and brass. Suitability is confirmed for the individual component.
Screw components reviewed from the drive and head through to the thread and end detail, with a manufacturing route matched to the drawing.
A drawing does not need to fit a standard catalog. We review custom metal components and bring the required forming, machining and inspection steps together.
Specialty nuts and internally threaded components, with geometry and secondary operations developed around your drawing.
