The right details
from the start.
A clear drawing helps us focus the review. These are the details most useful for your screws inquiry.
- Drive style, head dimensions and the space available for installation.
- Thread form, length and the material or thread it will engage with.
- Material grade and any specified torque, hardness or coating requirements.
- Your drawing revision, expected quantity and target delivery date.
Materials reviewed include SAE 1008–1045 steels, 10B21, SCM435, stainless steel and brass. Suitability is confirmed for the individual component.
A drawing does not need to fit a standard catalog. We review custom metal components and bring the required forming, machining and inspection steps together.
