The right details
from the start.
A clear drawing helps us focus the review. These are the details most useful for your nuts inquiry.
- Thread designation, class of fit and required gauge standard.
- Across-flats dimensions, overall height and critical seating surfaces.
- Material grade and any specified hardness, coating or locking requirements.
- Your drawing revision, expected quantity and target delivery date.
Materials reviewed include SAE 1008–1045 steels, 10B21, SCM435, stainless steel and brass. Suitability is confirmed for the individual component.
Machined fittings, sleeves and tubular components with connection features and internal profiles made to the requirements of the assembly.
