The right details
from the start.
A clear drawing helps us focus the review. These are the details most useful for your flanges inquiry.
- Flange diameter, thickness, bore and any stepped or raised faces.
- Hole positions and the reference datums used to control them.
- Mating-part details and any specified flatness, finish or sealing requirements.
- Your drawing revision, expected quantity and target delivery date.
Materials reviewed include SAE 1008–1045 steels, 10B21, SCM435, stainless steel and brass. Suitability is confirmed for the individual component.
Washers and spacing components specified around the surfaces they contact and the dimensions needed in the assembled joint.
Screw components reviewed from the drive and head through to the thread and end detail, with a manufacturing route matched to the drawing.
A drawing does not need to fit a standard catalog. We review custom metal components and bring the required forming, machining and inspection steps together.
