The right details
from the start.
A clear drawing helps us focus the review. These are the details most useful for your bolts inquiry.
- Head style, drive detail and overall or under-head length.
- Thread designation, fit, runout and required threaded length.
- Material or property-class requirements and any specified surface treatment.
- Your drawing revision, expected quantity and target delivery date.
Materials reviewed include SAE 1008–1045 steels, 10B21, SCM435, stainless steel and brass. Suitability is confirmed for the individual component.
Pins and turned components for locating, supporting and connecting parts, with attention to the diameters and surfaces that control the fit.
Flanged and ring-shaped components made around their connection faces, bores and the features that locate them in an assembly.
Washers and spacing components specified around the surfaces they contact and the dimensions needed in the assembled joint.
